Blunt and rude customer service Did not smile once, and gave the impression she really did not want to be there. I was sitting in the waiting area for almost 5 hours, and was told i would be informed when the car was finished with- i was stalled.

I would have preferred to drop my car for service first thing in the morning and have it dropped back to my house by end of day. My previous car was a VW Touran and Beadles Bromley would do that, while also dropping me to the closest railway station.

I have a very good experience last time following a long string of disappointing contacts since I purchased the car.
The two people I dealt with were brilliant and kept me informed. The problem with the car was not a simple one. Great job
It was initially quite hard to get through to the service team to assess what service was needed and then I was told I had to actually visit the centre to get a proper review of my car needs.
Very efficient booking in process, on arrival staff were well organised and knew exactly what needed to be done. Drop off time was very fast.
Car was booked in in advance, drove 30 mins before work in the morning to drop it off only for there to be no record of the booking. Meant car had to be left over night and serviced next day so we were without a car for two days and had to pay taxis.
You have done a good job finding NEW faults on the car, but I paid £99 to have a fault investigated, but I WAS TELLING YOU ABOUT THIS NOISE SO your engineer would be alerted. Meanwhile, he found two further faults, without being paid £99!
Fairly satisfied,because:-1/ after the front brake pad change the service mileage was not adjusted to suit which meant a return to the garage.2/ during the pad change the paint on the Blue Sport calipers were chipped.

I was due in for a service everything went fine. However, the rear left tyre of the car had a nail in there, the mechanic on his report ticked all the boxes saying the car tyres are all fine. This clearly shows the service wasn't done PROPERLY.
It was a waiting service with no refreshments available
The dealer scratched my car then disputed liability. Eventually they made a repair, which is far from perfect.
The car was dealt with efficiently and the staff attentive.

Dissatisfied. We were told all the relevant work needed to be done on the work would be done especially the mot recommendations. Nothing was done
1. Offered to collect me from station - after waiting 15 minutes they rang to say they would not pick me up after all.2. I found a crack in windscreen after service. They sent an email saying they accepted liability, then another saying they didn't.
Had a few grease marks when given back after service where they'd cleaned it. Also I have a problem with tyre warning and wasn't picked up on day of service but picked it up on the day of returning car and said I'll have to get it sorted another time
I didn't notice any different . I was hoping thevehicle would run bit more smooth. Except I am told that oil has been topped up. Rest is same. They charged me for one item, which was bit surprise to me.
I felt the the eventual service from handing car in and being dealt with was really good. Constant updates and information was provided in a timely manner. However it took me to come down to the service centre three times to book in car.
Chris Kench always sorts out any problems. And makes it as easy as possible.He even picked the car up from my house.
The car came back washed and valetted, but was the bodywork and glass was stained with water-marks where no-one had bothered to dry the car afterwards. I had to go and put it through a hand-wash afterwards.
I was kept well informed as to what needed doing and the video was helpful
Whoever serviced my car ate my sweets that were in the carNo permission given and nothing replaced

Car was left on a Monday morning but was told Tuesday afternoon that work had not been completed as incorrect part had been delivered.

took car in on a recall it was fine when i left it. Got it back with alarms permanently lit. reported it and told it was due to non BMW brake pads. Not true. my garage said its brake fluid indicator. your lot did not know and possible set the alarm?
The valet was probably sub standard to street hand car wash. I don't think I am that fussy but, the wind screen was so smeared I had to pull over and clean it. The mats had some sort or slimy substance on them and they where marked. I re cleaned them
They have always been very helpful and friendly and I've never felt pressured by an up-sell. They looked after my previous 118 (which was stolen) and although they couldn't find me a 'new' one, I bought at another dealership and came straight back.
It took 90 minutes I waited it was cleaned I got sent a video of it getting examined

It would have been higher - see previous answer - were this not the 6th time the car has been in for this fault - an annoying sound/creak in the tailgate area. Hoping it's fixed at long last.
