took car in on a recall it was fine when i left it. Got it back with alarms permanently lit. reported it and told it was due to non BMW brake pads. Not true. my garage said its brake fluid indicator. your lot did not know and possible set the alarm?

The valet was probably sub standard to street hand car wash. I don't think I am that fussy but, the wind screen was so smeared I had to pull over and clean it. The mats had some sort or slimy substance on them and they where marked. I re cleaned them

They have always been very helpful and friendly and I've never felt pressured by an up-sell. They looked after my previous 118 (which was stolen) and although they couldn't find me a 'new' one, I bought at another dealership and came straight back.

The car is fine, however I feel I was sold a car that wasn't quite what I actually wanted. EG the car "immediately" available was a close match to my requirements but not quite (no folding rear seats, inferior display screen, manual adjust seats)

The manager told the sales man the car would be delivered by April1st thus avoiding expensive road tax increases. The accessories were delivered a week a You missed the date by about month. Excuse was avail of LED lights and blue paint
