There were no problems.Everything went smoothly.
The service department representative was very friendly, helpful and professional, and the necessary work on my car was performed to a high standard and in a timely manner.
Completely dissatisfied, poor service/attitude. Car broke down on motorway 1 hour after having picked up from service. Called but did not get any assistance. BMW Emergency service fixed car. Bromley's technician did not properly connect sensors.
Sorted car out quickly
Slightly difficult to arrange for car collection and delivery service despite being offered to me by the service manager previously. All good in the end.

My car required an mot. The passenger lock was sticking so I asked for this to be looked at. This required a technician cost of 99 to say the lock needed replacing then 350 plus cost to replace. If I'd have known cost I would have done myself.30mins
This service was okay, however it required the car for the whole day to include a Courtesy 'Showroom Valet' due to a v.poor situation from a previous service.Recovery of trust will depend on the next experiences.......
I have been to the BMW service centre for 2 times and the service they provided me its great and I really liked the service and always wanted to take my car to BMW SERVICE CENTRE.

Their attention to detail is terrific, and all the staff seem to enjoy what they do and want to help you.
The centre deals effectively with servicing and warranty issues. Personally I would like the firm to keep customers more informed on strategic BMW matters such as diesel emission devekopments and premium offers ( swop of diesel for petrol?)
It has taken several visits to address a rear fog light failure alert, in fact the car is due to go back again on Nov 5. Also, an alloy refurb caused a tyre pressure monitor failure which required the car to go back again. X3 M66 TDP.
The service from the Bromley branch was good but not exactly outstanding. My car was only in for a service, so very straight forward.
BMW staff is enthusiastic to customer. My car was carefully maintained to high level service.

Level of communication was best in class
My car was serviced, cleaned and software updated. There were no frills, like plastic over the seats or forms to complete. Just a straight forward efficient, professional job done.
Was done very quick and my vehicle was well look aftered.
I was surprised that no one bothered to check the tyre pressure during a service. In addition I was harassed quite a bit to pick the car up at a specific time during the day, even though it took BMW a day longer than expected to complete the service.

What I expected was delivered
Just one niggle. Every time my car goes into the garage and is valeted, the cream leather seats always require a wipe down afterwards due to dirty overalls. I have returned the car in the past because of this.

Part was ordered in for me but was somehow lost. Kept waiting for over an hour in dealership before anyone started to look for it.Now I'm trying to get the car back in to have this part fitted & also for a full service, but cannot get through.
I would have given five stars but the parking on arrival and collection of the vehicle is chaotic. There simply isn't sufficient space!
Only issue was that car was not cleaned very well inside
This is not a reflection on staff who served me on the day who were very good. My car was booked in for a safety recall (crank-case sensor) which they the couldn't do, so I've had to rebook another date. THIS BOX NEEDS MORE SPACE TO EXPLAIN
Good communications regarding work carried out.
It was not noted that I would be waiting for the service. It took longer than I was told and, although it was used to explain the delay, t wasnt washed well at the end.
I would have given a completely satisfied response, if the scratch adjacent to drivers door handle was addressed considering, the car was in for quality issues.
I chose the wait while they service, didnt feel like I was there long, they checked on me and also fully explained what was going on with my car.
All work was done to a high standard, but service video was not sent.
I feel there is room for improvement

Collection was good, but the lack on one person to deal with throughout my service was an issue as conflicting information was passed around the team so the guy returning the car didn't know what to to. My iPod jack has gone from the car.

I am glad you were looked after by the team but naturally disappointed that we still have a problem to resolve for you, a member of the management team will be in touch to resolve.
At this centre I feel that I have to ask/push to get the service I have received from other BMW centres. Option of pick and delivery of vehicle from home always seems to be a problem. I am still awaiting a call regarding replacement of tyres.

Couldnt find the fault but fault is intermittent
BMW usually do a complementary wash however when I arrived to pick the car up I pointed out it had not been washed

I am happy with the service and the quality of work. No complaints at all there. The people working there are all very professional and nice to deal with. My only thing is that you have to wait a long time to get your car booked in for repair.

Overall great but we have noticed telephone response has seriously deteriated over last 2 calls. Seems cost cutting gone too far?

The only thing that stops me from rating this 5 star is that the sat-nav did not work on delivery of the car - we already have to return it to the dealer for repair.
