Many thanks for your feedback - at the time when we booked you in we had an unprecedent amount of calls coming into the business which we struggled to cope with. The volume is now under control and service levels have returned.

As per detail in point 1. In addition I was made to feel that the my were doing me a favour for fixing an issue that was clearly existing when I first collected the car. I will be sending the details of this to what car magazine.
