The purchase and delivery experience was good. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is the person who went through the set up was not able to answer all of our questions and in some areas gave partially incorrect or incorrect information

Generally the support was excellent. We had a couple of issues setting up my phone. Specifically comfort access using a digital key. I still don't have this resolved as I couldn't find a solution online. Waiting for Will to return from leave.

We picked up the car late in the working day so not all features were able to be explained at the time but it was made clear that if we needed help with anything we could go back to the dealership at any time
