I was told that there was a cable in the boot with a normal 3 pin plug socket. When I got home I discovered it was for a wall box (which i don't have) and therefore can only charge at a public charging facility. No details provided of a wall box.

We've been told that that a recall will be done in the same day as the mot service by 2 of they're representative, but they just done a check, and now we will have to lose another day to get the recall done at some point, a bit disappointed

It's such an easy process. Well informed of the timings and the check video and follow call is a great idea. Jason was very helpful from start to finish. The car came back washed and cleaned and running nicely.

Like for like or similar sized courtesy cars like BMW used to do would be better in my opinion. Trying to fit a tall family of 4 in a 1 series isn't possible.

The suggestion of replacing dpf was not realistic As the company had to provide options for customers to chose from The easy decision is to replace everything but no repair option is offered

Everyone was very professional and polite but the problem with the I-drive couldn't be fixed as the garage couldn't get the car to show the error. This is twice since having the car from new that that I drive has shut down.

The service and experience was great, no issues with staff they were all polite and friendly. I was told the car would given with wash and cleaned. On collection, the car was dirty and not washed. Why offer me to wash the car? Not happy although 5/5.

The technical team let me down on 23 Nov by saying a fault had been rectified when it had not even been looked at or diagnosed. Apart from paying half the cost of repairs there has been no recognition of the inconvenience or our missed Xmas break

Very flexible in terms of dropping off and collecting the car. All works were carried out in the time frame I was advised. The service team manager Reece Kersey kept me informed and advised when my car was ready.

I was informed and updated throughout the time I had the car in service centre. I was able to use the WiFi which allowed me to be able to continue working . Free tea / coffee and biscuits for refreshment was available during my time in reception
