Despite making several call to query the car I was buying, at no point did I feel uneasy to contact the team at Stephen James. The professionalism of the sales team, and patience shown totally put me at ease.

Generally the service was great. I am terrible with names but the young man who showed me the car's features with a young lady who'd just started, they were absolutely lovely and the service was exemplary. I'd like to single them out as fantastic!

Waiting time was a bit longer than what they said I was told a hour but it took 2 hours Plus when I got home there was a tool left on my water screen wash bottle which could have done damage to engine while driving but no damage done

Took longer than I expected, I waited in the showroom whilst the car was serviced and MOT done - and it was cleaned properly. This took around 3.5 hours. Not an issue though as I loved the coffee and sitting in the cars on show!

I like the fact that i am sent detailed video's of what is going on with my car. i spilled some coffee on a table and it appeared to be no problem for them to clean it up for me. I am always asked if i want my car cleaned and i always do!
